We understand that LED lighting is a new technology to many of our customers and we offer our service to answer any questions you may have, supporting you every step of the way before, during and most importantly after your purchase.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your products and return them to us within 30 days of delivery date in their original packaging we will provide a full refund, less return delivery charges
Items returned after 30 days are unfortunately ineligible for refund, however please contact our customer services team and we will do our best to help. Clearance items are excluded from this 30 day money back guarantee.
Please note that in order to meet safety legislation, our 30 day money back guarantee excludes electrical products which have already been installed including (but not limited to) switches, light fittings and drivers.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, please contact our customer services team on 0800 612 4342 and we will provide you with a returns number and postal address for returns. Then simply return the product to us at the specified address within 30 days of the original delivery date with proof of purchase and we’ll do the rest.
We keep details of all our orders for a period of at least 7 years and accept your order email, guarantee certificate or registered email address as proof of purchase. We’ll then refund it to the credit card, debit card or PayPal account of the person who originally placed and paid for the order, less any applicable return delivery charges.
Any returned item/s must be returned in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition or we may be unable to provide a full refund under this money back guarantee. For security purposes, we will provide your refund to you by your original method of payment as soon as possible, however please note this may take up to 30 days to complete depending upon the payment provider.
Missing, incomplete or damaged orders:
Whilst we strive to get things right first time, every time for our customers, sometimes things don’t go to plan.
